Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

Documents Required: CNIC/passport and a credit/debit card must be provided at the time of booking.

Payment: Full payment is required before the rental period begins. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.

Insurance: Basic insurance is included, covering third-party liabilities. Renters can opt for additional coverage at an extra cost.

Mileage Policy: Rentals come with a standard mileage limit. Additional charges apply for exceeding the limit. Unlimited mileage packages are available upon request.

Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Refueling charges will apply if not met.

Maintenance and Condition: The renter is responsible for maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition. Damages caused during the rental period are the renter's liability.

Roadside Assistance: H&S provides 24/7 roadside assistance for emergencies, including breakdowns and towing.

Cancellation and Modifications: Bookings can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the rental period. Cancellation fees may apply for late changes.

Driver Policy: Additional drivers must be registered at the time of booking and will incur an extra fee. All drivers must meet the eligibility criteria.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Vehicles can be picked up from designated H&S locations or delivered for an additional fee. Timely returns are mandatory to avoid late charges.

Accident Policy: In case of an accident, the renter must inform H&S and the police immediately. Insurance coverage conditions must be followed as outlined in the policy.

Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or by unauthorized drivers. Violations will result in termination of the contract and legal action.

Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and penalties incurred during the rental period.

Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the start of the rental period, which will be returned after inspection of the vehicle.

Rental Extension: Requests for rental extensions should be made at least 12 hours before the original return time. Approval is subject to availability.

Vehicle Return: The car must be returned in good condition, on time, and at the agreed location. Late returns incur additional fees.

Liability: H&S is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Force Majeure: H&S will not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or strikes.

Agreement Acceptance: Renting a vehicle from H&S indicates agreement to all terms and conditions stated.
